After 10 years ago attacks on New York and
Washington on September 11 2001, has the American and British ‘war on terror’
significantly made the western and Islamic world a safer place or has it simply
bred resentment towards together nations?
September 11 2001 morning, 19 Al-Qaeda terrors
take controlled four passenger jets. The hijackers deliberately crashed 2 (two)
planes into the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center
into New York City, both towers collapsed within 2 hours.
Hijackers crashed a 3rd plane into the Pentagon
in Arlington, Virginia. While passengers try to take control of the 4th plane,
United Airlines Flight 93, it crashed into a field near Shanks-Ville,
Pennsylvania, preventing it from attainment its intended intention in
Washington, D.C. Nearly 3,000 died in the attacks.
Attentive after “Credible” September 11
Anniversary Threat:
Protection has been stepped up in the US in the
middle of “credible” reports al-Qaeda is planning to blow up bridges or tunnels
in New York on the 10th anniversary of 11 September.
Thursday night US President Barack Obama has
ordered counter-terrorism forces to “redouble” try after the terror threat
emerged.
